1. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

Shopping at VELVET VICTORIA HOME is easy:

    • Use the product links. 
    • Once you have found an item click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
    • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page.
    • Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

2. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at VELVET VICTORIA HOME without creating an account.

However, sign up with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

    • Track your orders and review past purchases

    • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
    • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VELVET VICTORIA ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARDS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify. 

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

 

4. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

This can only be done if the item is not a personalised monogram item. In all other cases you will have 24hrs to cancel your order- as long as in this time you have not received a shipping notification.

5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

*Please note that all delivery times are estimated from the time that your items have been packaged. Bespoke items will usually take up to 7-14 working days to be completed before they are packaged.

*Please note that on certain products we do note estimate delivery times below the product description. These delivery times may vary depending on stock levels of each product at the current time. These delivery times are estimates and should not be taken as exact timescales. For more information on estimated delivery times please get in contact with our customer service team.
